The location and facilities were fantastic. We loved the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking meals on some nights. The cottage was impeccably clean and had a unique layout. As trekkers and a group of friends, we found the parking and train links convenient. The surrounding area had great pubs, shops, and cafes. Despite the bad weather, there were plenty of enjoyable walks nearby. We wish the new owners good luck!
Felt exceptional, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this cottage is perfect, with great pubs, shops, and cafes nearby. Despite the awful weather, there were plenty of great walks to enjoy. The garden is also a nice addition, providing a good outdoor space. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to cook their meals comfortably.
There were some issues during our stay. The cottage was not initially cleaned upon our arrival, although the situation was quickly resolved.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the cottage, with its cozy furniture and lovely ornaments. It gave me a warm and homely feeling throughout my stay. The general areas were also very well-maintained, allowing easy navigation for us senior folks. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was superb, with no difficult steps or steep slopes to worry about. It made our vacation truly enjoyable.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of providing information about senior-friendly activities or attractions nearby.

The location was perfect for me. I had easy access to the train station and there were great pubs, shops, and cafes nearby. Despite the bad weather, I still found plenty of things to do, including lots of rewarding walks. The cottage itself had a unique layout and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me the option to cook some nights and go out on others. the facilities were great and I had a fantastic stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
